Tom Janeway (Guitar/Backing Vocals)
Tom Waddell (Bass Guitar)
Ben Morris (Drums & Percussion)

Salakin is a melting pot of many different metal styles from the death metal, black metal and anything in between!

Salakin are finally getting into proper studios in te coming months, not the dining room anymore! Keep checking this space for updates, demos will be up soon...

SALAKIN 2ND PLACE.......GREAT SUCCES.....HIGH FIVE!
SALAKIN 2ND PLACE BOTB! Out of 18 bands on the faithfull night of 23rd February Salakin dawned upon the stage of the Westonbirt massive! 4th on we performed 'Hammer Of Thor' and raved up the crowd of 350+.......as the night moved on bands throughout the country played their shizznizzle but around 10:30pm it drew to a close!............................ .................................. .................................. ... The judges sat in their shack and made their fatall decisions......announcements came on us(literally)....3rd place a ncie band named 'the echos' and the salakin bois lost all hope in their tiny little membranes, but then, silence fell in the audience....2nd place.......SALAKIN mother fungler! we cheered and cried and other emotions to not be discussed and we went upon the stage to have one fine chick place a real fake golden medallian around our neck! But still we wondered .................wheres the cheese? 1st place was nicelly presented to Blue Noise and we congratulate them but if any of them read this could u answer the question......'Did you receive cheese?' All in all twoz a phat nite and we are very happy! Great Success!.........High Five!

Getten back out Gigging and In The Studio
Salakin are back out on the scene from 15th Feb at the 2 Pigs in Cheltenham 16th June at Guild Hall In Gloucester will be immense, be there if ya can! Were also heading into the studio a few times this year, 1 soon on at Lo-fi studios in Gloucester and another at Farmyard Studios so look forward to new songs up with ace recordings, not shitty demos from home recordens SALAKIN
